Upon arrival the carpet cleaning technician inspected the areas for carpet cleaning, it was determined that the carpet fiber was polyester material and carpet protector would not be needed to protect the carpet fibers from staining. Klean Dry service technician proceeded with the carpet cleaning service to remove traffic areas and spots that were in the carpet.
