after contacting us we agreed on a price and scheduled a time for the piece of furniture to be cleaned. upon arrival, we inspected the sectional to make sure it could be steam cleaned. we treated the areas that had body oils and soil, we then cleaned all the fabric, and deodorized the furniture.
