we arrived at the scheduled time and inspected the carpet. it had heavy soiling and oil residue all over the carpet with various types of carpet stains. we decided to use a specialized restoration cleaning process to ensure the carpets came out clean and renewed. upon finishing the carpet cleaning we then applied a deodorizer.
