• Comment: Just had my carpets cleaned a few days ago by Sean with Klean Dry Carpet Cleaning and they did an excellent job! It was a weekend and I went online to look for carpet cleaners for an appointment the following Monday or Tuesday. All of the sites I visited were coming up with no luck. A couple of the sites couldn't give a quote to book an appointment outside of business hours. A few others who could give an estimate, didn't have the time frame that I needed. Then I came across Klean Dry's website and it had everything I needed. It not only answered all of my questions, I was able to get a price estimate and book for the following Tuesday. I received an immediate computer generated email confirmation of my appointment with additional details and the name of the technician coming out. On Monday, I received another reminder email and the morning of service, I received a text from Sean stating he was on his way. Sean arrived early, I showed him the house and the problem spots, and he explained his process and answered all questions. Sean was polite, friendly and professional. He did a very thorough job and there were only a few very bad greasy spots that he explained weren't perfect. It's been a few days now since the cleaning and I have vacuumed twice since. There are two additional small spots that have resurfaced but the whole house really does look amazing. The carpets hadn't been cleaned in 5 years and other than a couple spots, the carpets look brand new. I 100% recommend Sean and the Klean Dry team for any of your carpet cleaning needs.
